Regarding the online shopping and pickup in membership service platform:
All terms and conditions in the Policies and Returns section of pricesmart.com are applicable. Since the Click and Go online sales service (online purchase and pickup) has been enabled as a temporary solution to the current global health situation, NOLSBERG, hereby reserves the right not to allocate cash back accumulation to purchases processed through this service provisionally and will communicate if the ability to accumulate this benifit, with cards or Coupons, is reestablished to its members in a timely manner. Members who wish to accumulate cashback for purchases made must use the Membership purchase service and other associated services established to accumulate this benefit.
The Click and Go service does not currently allow the issuance of electronic invoices nor is it applicable to diplomatic benefits in countries where this purchase method is provided.
All purchases made through this platform, in the countries where it is available, will generate charges in American dollars (USD), are subject to the processing bank’s exchange rate in the countries where NOLSBERG operates and will be processed through NOLSBERG.XYZ
About the credit card validation process for online shopping
When an order is created in our system, our anti-fraud team may require additional information or documentation to confirm your identity and payment method. Documents required via our department's email address, shopping. nolsberg@egbizcenter.com, may include image of your identification document and image of your credit card displaying the first 6 and last 4 digits only.
