Refund policy
All of our products are made to order as customers order them.
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive wrong or damaged items. No size exchanges. please double-check the sizing chart that is included in each item's description. Reach out to us with any questions prior to ordering.
If your order came damaged, or if you received a wrong item, send us an email with your order number and picture of the damaged/wrong item and with any other details within 7 business days. We will have your resolution as soon as possible.
We can not accept returns:
For 'change of mind' because we print on demand & do not hold stock.
The item(s) have been worn or washed
The item(s) have been altered in any way
The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition unless the condition is our fault.
The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
The item(s) were a Final Sale item
We work very hard on creating very unique designs so each item is really special. Every item is made just for you.
